3.1 Processing & Production Time

Because many of our home décor pieces, torans, and custom orders are intricately handcrafted, they require time to perfect.

• Standard Ready-to-Ship Items: Processed within 2 to 4 business days.

• Custom/Made-to-Order Items: Production can take 5 to 10 business days (or as discussed during the custom order consultation) before dispatch.

3.2 Shipping Timelines & Charges

• Domestic Shipping (Within India): Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4 to 7 business days depending on your location.

• Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout based on the weight and volume of the order.

3.3 Delivery Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. CraftyCo by Sangeeta is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a parcel returns to us due to an incorrect address, shipping charges for resending the item will be borne by the customer.
